The objective of Medical Mutts Daycare Business Plan was to show the ability to apply concepts of strategic planning to the development of a strategic plan as well as interpret and apply health related financial statements to the development of a health care financial plan. Through the development of this business plan I learned how to perform a market analysis and apply it to the development of a new business aimed at health care professionals. This proposal required me to utilize strategic planning skills in order to properly staff a new business as well as apply marketing skills in order to promote a new business idea to make it successful.
The facilitator of an organization consists of either an internal or external representative, in this reflection I reflect upon and describe my role as an internal facilitator for my organization where I worked with a team of seven individuals to promote employee engagement. This reflection helped me to identify a time where I was able to apply concepts of ethical leadership principles to solve human system issues.
This artifact addresses application of change management theory to organizational and system changes. In my review of electronic health record implementation challenges, I discuss the various challenges that a leadership team may be faced with, as well as methods of preventing challenges from occurring, leading to a smoother transition.
